Here are a few of the words and phrases Greta is using lately. It seems that a week or so will go by and she won't have added any new vocabulary, and then suddenly, she'll start using several new words overnight. We've had fun trying to figure out what she's saying!
"Bussssssss!" (Bus - - every time she sees a bus within a mile radius)
"Duck!" (Truck - anytime she sees a big truck within a mile radius)
"Uppease" (Up, please - - to indicate wanting up or down)
"Ta-too" (Thank you - -used when you give her something and for "Your Welcome")
"MilKKKK" (Milk - heavy emphasis on the K)
"Ows-eye" (Outside)
"Eyes" (Sunglasses)
"Schooze" (Alternatively, Shoes and Juice)
"Apple"
"Bobby" (Baby)
"Bow"
"Dawwww" (Dog - - southern-ease?)
"Wawer" (Water)
"Ziss" (This - used for anything for which she has yet to learn the word)
"One"
"Zdoo" (Two)
"Boo" (Blue)
"Puupel" (Purple)
"Turtle"
"Mo" (More)
"MINE!"
"NO!"

Every time I walk on the turtle stepping stone in our yard I think of you saying "turtle" every time you passed it when you were here in June. :) Such a big vocabulary!! I can't wait to hear your new words in a few weeks!! :)
