School Christmas Parties

Greta's and Wyatt's classes hosted celebrations in honor of the holidays and the end of the year.  Greta made this present for me.
Greta's K2A class made a meal which the children made (almost) all on their own.

The made special decorations including this quilt.  Each patch represents the holiday traditions of a particular student.

Then the entire kindergarten hosted an assembly, and they sang the songs they've learned in music.  Greta is in the green dress to the far left (standing, below).

Wyatt's class heads over to the soccer field to get a visit from Santa along with the whole Early Childhood Center.

 "Look!  Here he comes!"
Yup, Santa rode in on horseback in the middle of summer.  Where do we live??

Back in Wyatt's room, the children sang their songs from music class in a more intimate setting.

I spend a TON of time at Nido, and I always leave with a smile on my face.
