Chloe's Vacation

Tonight we got a fun surprise - a (loaner) dog! Our friends have to unexpectedly go out of town, and we will be keeping their sweet Chloe while they are away. Greta loves this dog and has been so excited all day to see her this evening. Wyatt loves dogs, too, but we'll save his stories of enthusiasm for videos to follow. Greta was a little concerned that Chloe would miss her family while she is staying with us, so Paul and I told her that this is like a little vacation for Chloe. She gets to laze around and be by herself and enjoy our Booth/Massey resort. Tonight as I was tucking Greta into bed, she said a prayer for Chloe: she prayed that "Chloe will have a happy time on vacation." I left her room with Chloe lying on the rug beside her bed. Sweet times.
