Happy Easter!

The morning started with a look at the goodies left by the Easter Bunny. Greta cracked open her first egg, and jelly beans scattered all over the living room. Not a bad find for 6 o'clock in the morning! Then on to new books and games.

Then back again to candy.

Wyatt got a look at his Easter book.

And this little toy bunny that hops!

Once the Easter baskets were emptied, we got ready for church. Greta and Wyatt looked their best in their Easter frocks, courtesy of Nana. We got LOTS of compliments on our new clothes. Thanks, Nana!

All the girls thought my eyes were lovely in this blue garb.

It didn't take long for Wyatt to start his morning nap. Greta, however, enjoyed her first real Easter egg hunt at church with her new friend, Makena.

But on the ride home, she found time to sneak in some shut eye, too - - yet careful not to let go of her goodies.

As did Mr. Wyatt.

Later on, we went out to the river in Gastonia to meet up with some of Paul's co-workers for an Easter cook out. Paul sneeked this shot when I wasn't looking.

We had a perfect Easter. Hope you did, too!
