Christmas Morning
While Wyatt lazily looked on, Greta was the center of the festivities this year.
She woke up early and I heard her pop out of bed and run out of her room saying, "Santa Clause? Cookies? Carrot?" Paul and I grabbed her before she could get to the living room without us, and then we all went in together. Greta tackled the stocking first.
Then on to a few presents.
She LOVED the pots and pans for her new kitchen!
Greta spent the rest of the day playing around with her new kitchen, all her fake food, her new books, her tea set, her train set, and her musical snoopy.

It was fun to see her get into her gifts this year. It will be double the fun in a year or so when Wyatt loves this as much as G did this year. As for Paul and me - - we had a wonderful Christmas, too! Paul got some new duds.
As did Miss G.
Here is the video of Greta seeing all the gifts from Santa. At our house, Santa leaves his presents unwrapped. Here Greta is finding that the dining room has a few more items on Christmas morning than it did the night before!

Thank you to all the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who made this such a superb Christmas for Greta and Wyatt. Thank you so much for your thoughtful gifts and sweet attention to our little ones. We love you!
