Beach or bust! Last weekend, we headed to Charleston to the beach with my parents and my sister and her family. Greta was very excited to be on her way!
We did a little running around the beach house in anticipation of the short trek to the ocean.
Ah. . . . love the sun hat, sunscreen, and chocolate combination.
Delicious.
Greta liked playing in the sand most, but she would indulge us from time to time and get in the ocean. It helped, however, to be in someone's arms. Here Parker and Paul venture out with Miss G.
Alas, buckets full of sand win out.
Or just sitting in the sun. Sun? We had mostly shade, but we pretended there was sun.
Dad is happier than he looks. Promise.
Despite some major rain, we had a great time with the family at the beach. The water was 87 degrees, the sea food was delicious, and the company was perfect. Hope we can do it again next year!
