We took a recent visit to the town of Pomaire, well-known for its traditional Chilean pottery. We went with two other families and spent the day there. Nice way to get out of the city for a different vibe. We had a traditional lunch. Not delicious, but you have to eat empanadas and pastel de choclo occasionally, I suppose.

Ovens for the pastel de choclo.
