My sister and my parents have been here for the last couple of weeks, and they finally had to head back home. I'll miss them, Greta will miss them, and even Max will miss having another lap to put his head on.
I don't think I would have slept these last few days without Lori and my mom. Greta is a really great eater, and she seems to want to nurse about every hour and a half or two hours - - even during the night. Lori and/or Mom have gotten up with me just to keep me company or to help me get Greta back to sleep or to just take her from me if she's fussy so that I can go to sleep after those late night feedings. And of course, my mom has been keeping us well fed. Now that they are gone, I'm sure I'm going to turn into a zombie in a matter of days.
