Baby's New Room

Here are some shots of the baby's new room. There are still a few little touches to add, but by and large - - this is her room. In this room are items from Niger, Egypt, India, Guatemala, Kenya, Mali, Ghana, and Burkina Faso. Not to mention Mississippi, Michigan, and Oregon. It has old toys that were mine when I was a little girl, and new books and toys that people have recently given to us. My mother made all the crib bedding, and Paul's mom gave us the wooden rocker. Paul painstakingly painted the iron bed and the other furniture. I guess I've just been the idea person. It has come together nicely, and now we wait for the baby to go with it.
