One fun thing that happens each year in September in Chile is that you start seeing kites everywhere. It's not necessarily windy in September, so I don't know why the tradition started, but kites are on every street corner right now. We have a few of them, and last weekend our neighbor, Santi, and G and Wy "flew" their kites on our street. A rubio in an Ole Miss t-shirt flying a Chilean flag kite in Santiago - - love this life!
