Greta didn't show much enthusiasm for this process. We dangled the ornaments in front of her and blinked the lights, but she was pretty unimpressed with the whole shebang. Next year will be different, I have a feeling.

Trimming the Plant (Tree?)
This is the first Christmas that Paul and I have spent together in the States in three years. We are together here in North Carolina this year with two new additions, Greta and Max. Still, since we are leaving our home and are headed to my parents' house for the holiday, we decided to decorate a potted plant rather than a cut Christmas tree. Thus, we give you . . . our Christmas Plant!
